Refund, Cancellation and Return Policy

At Koottukari, we want every customer to be satisfied with their order. This page explains our cancellation, refund and return process. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Cancellations

  • Any cancellations to the order shall be made before the order is sent for shipping, to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product is being shipped.
  • Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: "Cancellation Request" and sent to info@koottukari.in

E-Mail shall contain the following details:

  1. Order ID
  2. Cancellation Reason
Please note:
  • Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at info@koottukari.in. The amount will be credited in the same account from where it was deducted within 7 to 10 days.
  • In case of cancellation, bank transaction charges will be applicable and paid by the customer.

Refund Policy

1. Refund shall be made under the following conditions:

  • Order was cancelled.
  • Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case of an unfounded recipient.)
  • If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product delivered, we will enquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.

2. Refund eligibility and decision

A refund can only be requested in case of service failure. Our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer; we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by the customer.

3. Discounted or exempted amounts

Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.

4. Extra amount credited

Any extra amount credited to your www.koottukari.in account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.

5. Deciding authority

In all matters concerning cancellation and refund, Koottukari Online Delivery shall have the deciding hand.

6. Policy updates

Koottukari Online Delivery may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information, we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.

7. Refund processing time

Return Policy

It is understood by www.koottukari.in that returns will be accepted and calculated within the following parameters:

  1. Any returns due to a fault of the company — damaged product or bad product quality — will be taken into consideration.
  2. Koottukari will enquire about the issue and take appropriate action against it.
  3. Any returns due to damaged product or bad product quality shall be reported to the company within 48 hours of delivery.
  4. Shipping cost for the returned product should be borne by the customer at their own risk.
